1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Club Rewards - Casino & Slots App (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the App.
2. Account registration
2.1 Eligibility
To use the App, you must meet the minimum legal age requirement in your jurisdiction as determined by local regulations. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
2.2 Account security
The App does not require manual user registration or sign-up. A user profile may be automatically created upon first use of the App in order to enable core functionality, such as participation in rewards and related features.
No login credentials, passwords, or external authentication services are required to access the App. The user profile is linked to the App installation and may be reset or removed if the App is deleted or reinstalled. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from the removal of the App, device changes, or reinstallation.
3. App usage
3.1 License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for its intended purpose of participating in Rewards by collecting and submitting tickets in connection with our licensed partner casinos. Any unauthorized or illegal use of the App is strictly prohibited.
3.2 Prohibited conduct
By using the App, you agree not to:
Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
Interfere with the App’s functionality or security.
Use automated means to manipulate or exploit any feature.
Circumvent security measures or access unauthorized areas.
Provide false or misleading information.
Share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
Violation of these restrictions may result in suspension or termination of your access.
3.3 Beta testing
During the early beta (β) stage of the App, we may conduct test Rewards that do not involve real winnings. These Rewards are used solely to test system functionality and evaluate user interest. Participation in such Rewards does not entitle users to any form of compensation or benefit.
4. Intellectual property
The App, including its content, design, trademarks, and underlying technology, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.
5. Tickets and third-party services
5.1 Ticket-based participation
The App allows users to exchange tickets for Entries, which enable participation in Rewards offered in connection with our licensed partners. The number of tickets required, as well as the structure and value of each Reward, are determined individually for each Reward in coordination with our licensed partners.
5.2 Third-party responsibility
Licensed partners operate independently under their own terms and policies. We do not assume responsibility for third-party platforms, including issues related to access, eligibility, or partner-related activities.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, technical malfunctions, loss of rewards, unauthorized account access, or reliance on third-party services.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion if we determine a violation of these Terms or for any other valid reason. In such cases, any unused tickets or pending participation in reward rounds may be subject to review and cancellation.
8. Changes to these Terms of Service
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting within the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
